[01]

End-to-end repair management for a real estate company: tenants report issues from a mobile app, technicians visit, quote and repair, and administrators track everything from a web dashboard.

  • Full repair workflow across 4 roles — tenant, owner, technician and admin — from request to signed completion report
  • Three deployed apps: Flutter app for tenants and technicians, React admin dashboard with charts, Spring Boot REST API
  • JWT auth with refresh-token rotation and rate limiting; files stored in Supabase Storage; Firebase push notifications

My role

Started the project and built most of the backend (auth, repair workflow, signed PDF reports, file storage, push notifications), the tenant screens and dashboards of the app, and the whole admin panel.

Precision Cane Analytics

[02]

Machine learning pipeline built for Ingenio Providencia, a sugar mill in Cali, to forecast cane yield (tons per hectare) and classify sucrose quality, so the mill can decide which lots to harvest first.

  • Two models on real historical crop data: yield regression and High / Medium / Low sucrose-quality classification
  • The final XGBoost model more than doubled the linear baseline's accuracy for yield (R² 0.19 → 0.46)
  • CRISP-DM process with multicollinearity (VIF) analysis, agronomic imputation and confidential data handling

My role

Led the exploratory data analysis and data cleansing with a teammate, and built the linear regression baseline for yield and sucrose that every later model was benchmarked against.

A pixel-art arcade shooter inspired by Duck Hunt that runs in the browser. Every sprite, sound effect and song is generated in code at runtime — the game ships with zero image or audio files.

  • 5 levels with a final boss, weapons shop, power-ups, weather and difficulty settings
  • Procedural pixel art drawn with HTML5 Canvas and a synthesizer built on the Web Audio API
  • Adaptive music that changes layers with the intensity of the game

My role

Rebuilt the original desktop game as a web game with TypeScript and Phaser 3, and added duck types, combos, achievements, weather, difficulty, the shop, weapons, the final boss and the adaptive music.

SerCom

[04]

A marketplace that connects people who need home repairs — plumbing, electrical work, painting — with independent technicians, from the first message to the final payment.

  • Real payments with Mercado Pago Checkout Pro, including a technician wallet and automatic marketplace commission split
  • Real-time chat with typing indicators (Socket.io) and an AI assistant powered by Google Gemini
  • Disputes, reviews, favorites, social login and email verification on Supabase Auth

My role

Built the authentication flow, the Mercado Pago payment and payout system, favorites, disputes and social login on the NestJS backend, plus the Flutter auth and home screens for clients and technicians.

Amarela Makeup

[05]

Online store for a makeup brand: product catalog, cart, checkout and order history for customers, plus an admin area for products, promotions, suppliers and sales.

  • Customer store with catalog, brand filters, promotions, cart and order history
  • Admin dashboard with sales charts and PDF export
  • JWT authentication with role-based access and TOTP two-factor login (QR code)

My role

Built the authentication module (JWT, roles and two-factor authentication) on the NestJS backend and the customer-facing pages of the Next.js store, including navigation and order history.
